Wi-Fi and phone & can’t get anyone here until Wednesday! How does a power company assess a problem & fix it within hours, yet Spectrum can’t forgive it out for days! Can’t pay bills, do work or book airline flights! Very unhappy! 🤬🤬🤬

My landlord harassed some spectrum workers over muddy footprints in the driveway to the point I got a phone call from their supervisor...worst part is THEY THOUGHT MY LANDLORD WAS MY HUSBAND.

Anyone considering switching to #Spectrum run away! Been nothing but problems since we switched, last July! Contractor hooked everything up to old sat lines, had to replace cable box within 3 months, needed a tech at our house for 3 hrs last month, & now after Sunday storm w/out

@jessfraz when i worked at TWC we hit an odd issue with setup boxes in one of our hubs sites after we did some network changes. the boxes were not able to talk to the QPSK's (edge devices) anymore. Because it was taking too many hops from the controller to the QPSK. We were over by one hop

@GetSpectrum Spectrum crews came out and left a mess of the cable/internet wires in front of my window in LIC NY! Unattached and spools of cables hanging which is a safety concern if they get caught on something! You should come and fix this eye sore/safety concern immediately
