Requirements For This Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift JobTo excel as a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at PDM US, strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills are key. Your ability to think on your feet, make decisions under pressure, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise will set you up for success. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting is helpful, along with a solid understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
