‘Glee’ Babies: Meet the Cast Members’ Children in Photos (2024)

Since Glee ended, many of the former stars have welcomed children.

Matthew Morrison, who played glee club director Will Schuester, and wife Renee Puente share son Revel and daughter Phoenix born in October 2017 and July 2021, respectively. Phoenix was the pair’s rainbow baby, as Puente suffered a miscarriage in October 2019.

Naya Rivera, who played Santana Lopez on Glee, welcomed son Josey with then-husband Ryan Dorsey in 2015.

“He loves to sing, he loves music, he loves to dance and he’s really, really funny,” Rivera exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2019, noting that Josey “definitely” wanted to follow in her footsteps.

One year later, Rivera died in a tragic boating incident. Local law enforcement officers confirmed in July 2020 that the late actress had drowned while swimming with Josey in Lake Piru, California. Josey was found alone on the boat at the time.

In September 2013, Morris, who played Brittany Pierce, welcomed her and husband Taylor Hubbell's eldest son.

Rivera, who played Santana, gushed about her son's style to Us after his 2015 arrival, bragging about the "fringe pants" he got compliments on at school.

Morris introduced her youngest son in February 2016, writing via Instagram: "I can't tell you how amazing an experience to go from a cesarean and having a VBAC, but I did it."

"To my Newborn Child, Revel James Makai Morrison: Your Mama and Papa got this!!” Morrison captioned a snap of his eldest child, who was born in October 2017. “Trust in us to guide and protect you always. To lay the tracks so your choo choo train will run smoothly throughout this world. You will have all the tools to soar! We love you and are so thankful for your arrival! The adventures are just beginning."

"How wonderful life is, now you're in the world," Harry Shum Jr., who played Mike Chang, captioned his daughter's November 2019 Instagram debut, referencing Elton John's "Your Song."

Michele, who played Rachel Berry, gave birth to her and Zandy Reich's son in August 2020, with a source telling Us at the time: "Everyone’s happy and healthy, and they’re extremely grateful. He’s been an easy baby so far."

Melissa Benoist, who played Markey Rose, has yet to show a picture of her and husband Chris Wood's baby boy, who arrived in September 2020.

Morrison and Puente's rainbow baby was born at home in July 2021.

Becca Tobin and husband Zach Martin welcomed a baby boy via surrogate in February 2022 after previously struggling to conceive.

Darren Criss, who played Blaine, and wife Mia Criss welcomed their baby girl in April 2022. “M & D made some sweet music,” he captioned a family photo via Instagram at the time. “💙 Out now.💙.”

Jenna Ushkowitz, who played Tina on the musical hit,welcomed her first childwith husbandDavid Stanleyin June 2022. Our hearts have burst wide open ❤️," the Broadway producer captioned a sweet snap from the hospital.

Ushkowitz confirmed her little one’s name in November 2022, joking via Instagram that her “mama bear instincts” have already kicked in.

Darren’s wife gave birth to their second baby on June 3.

“M & D just delivered their follow-up single,” he wrote via Instagram. “ 🎶Out now. 🎶.”
