How Do You Hard Boil Eggs For Salad?

The best way to hard boil eggs is right on the stove. You basically put the eggs in the pot, bring the water to a boil, and then turn off the burner, cover with a lid, and set the timer for 12 minutes.

It really is that easy!

You can also hard boil eggs in the Instant Pot or in the Ninja Foodi if that’s easier for you. These method still takes about 15 minutes, but you don’t have to worry about when to cover the eggs or how long to let the water boil.

How To Store Cucumber Egg Salad

The best way to store this salad is in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last about 4 days in the refrigerator.
